Storage

Before reconstitution, store piperacillin/tazobactam vials below 30°C. Piperacillin/tazobactam vials should be used immediately after reconstitution. For vials not used immediately after reconstitution, follow these guidelines: Discard any unused portion after 24 hours if stored below 25°C but, outside of the refrigerator.
Discard any unused portion after 48 hours if refrigerated (between 2°C to 8°C).
Vials should not be frozen after reconstitution.
